As the new engineer in the company, when I was given my first project I was very excited. I will be working hand in hand with the company engineer and we will rise another shopping mall. I made the blue print and I need to be on the site most of the time to oversee the development and if adjustment and alterations are necessary. Whenever I am in the construction site, we all wear hard hats and those very comfortable safety boots. Safety should always be prioritize in a high risk place like a construction site. We also wear those fashionable safety glasses so our eyes will be protected from the sun and from tiny debris flying all over the place. I later learned from a colleague who is in the purchasing department that the company purchased the safety gears online. When I check the site, I found out that the hats and boots we are using at work are made from high quality materials and they are made to last. The best thing about it, they are being offered at a competitive price. So the company can provide its employees with quality protective shoes, hats and glasses and still they are able to save more.
